Activation of internal resources and self-healing forces
Psychotherapeutic hypnotherapy is connecting with old techniques of trance, which is concentration of consciousness on inner perception, as e.g.. in meditation and deep relaxation. By withdrawing the attention from outside impressions, we access the inner world of images, symbols and memories. Subconscious processes are suddenly being perceived with unusual clarity. Through this approach, new ways of working with our deeper layers of consciousness become possible. In a state of deep relaxation the awakening of healing potentials is especially effective and long lasting, because they are being anchored in the deep layers of the subconscious. Hypnotherapeutic healing trances and other techniques of guided Imagination are very useful in building up inner resources and energypotentials. Powerful images can be awakened e.g by experiencing the psycho-physical energycenters of “Chakras”. Other “archetypal” images are found by discovering the "inner wisdom", the "inner healer and higher self", the "healing well", the " cleansing water", the "colours of the rainbow". The mobilization of inner healing potentials, the implanting and ankoring of powerful images into our subconsciousness, the profound and deep experience of unity, feeling secure and peaceful are very beneficial for anybody and significant for developing self-love and lifequality. These purifying and vitalizing images help freeing new and unknown potentials, new motivations, creating inner spaces of peace, security, and happiness. All these are especially effective for burn-out-syndrome, working on traumas, overcoming stress, immune deficiency, and psychosomatic disorders. Hypnotherapy and other methods of guided imagination are especially efficient for reactivating inner potentials.
