A PRACTICAL WORKSHOP
Introduction: In which way can Traditional Chinese Medicine be helpful in your personal life and which are the mains topics in the workshop ?Have you ever tried to get rid of a Pain or Discomfort by pressing around in the Painful Area, and when you find the most Sore Point, you are not sure what to do with it?
Press harder or lighter, shorter or longer or just leave the painful spot alone? Look somewhere else to massage?
Have you ever felt deeply into lets say a Headache and wondered why you just have felt the exact same sensation of Pain some time ago, but at a very different site?
What you will need to know is if the Pain or overall Sensation is an Excess or Deficient condition, Interior or Superficial in its location or Hot versus Cold in nature, etc..
Together we will try to explore the very simple basics of CM (Chinese Medicine).
We will learn and practice some basic Hands On Techniques to treat ourselves with our own hands, and finally learn on “How to use this little knowledge we’ve just explored to treat some of our small everyday Health Problems.
